Implement a unique, fully-integrated communications and influencer marketing programme to generate buzz, mass media coverage and compelling reasons to purchase.

A cross-agency media relations and social programme to support the mixing, food prep and coffee categories.  Powerful retail promotions with brand partners and storytelling through influencers who create authentic food, interiors and lifestyle content with a strong purchase call to action. Leveraged relationships with TV chefs and cooks as well as the talented people behind the scenes; the producers, home economists and art directors. Raised immediate awareness and created sell-out demand for coordinated launch in EMEA markets of the new Colour of the Year via PR and social media only.

Position Microplane as the best-in-class and demonstrate the scope of range beyond the Original Premium Classic Zester.

Placed storytelling at the heart with newsworthy food and drink releases and sampling to top chefs, cooks, TV production companies and home economists to bring the history, functionality and breadth of range to life.

Create an activity that positions Fortnum & Mason at the heart of extraordinary food, drink and service.

FAB Comm established the Fortnum & Mason Food & Drink Awards in 2013 to champion the achievements of the UK’s current and emerging writers, editors, publishers, photographers, broadcasters and personalities who encourage us to enjoy, explore, and experience more about food and drink through their work.

We appoint and oversee the expert judging panel chaired by Angela Hartnett OBE, deliver content for the website and social media strategy and create and curate the Award winner’s party at Fortnum & Mason Piccadilly, which is attended by key players in food and drink TV, media and broadcast including Nadiya Hussain, The Hairy Bikers, James Martin, Matt Tebbutt and Mary Berry CBE.

Grow awareness of GreenPan by educating consumers about the health and environmental benefits of PFAS-free non-stick ceramic cookware.  Reinforce opinion and encourage debate by referencing the European Union’s decision to ban non-essential products that contain PFAS, such as non-stick pans, in 2025.

Created a narrative that confidently informed consumers and positioned GreenPan as the innovator of Thermolon™, the safe, ceramic non-stick coating. Created thought-led opinion news with insight into the public’s general level of awareness and concerns, carefully tailored to broadcast and national writers who focus on health, environment and consumer affairs.

Inspire the public to use Tracklements in more meals. As a 50-year-old family business, keeping the media news novel and relevant is critical to the brand’s success.

An industrious press office securing regular business profiles and product features for the brand in leading food magazines and national newspapers. News generation via NPD while reinforcing trust by amplifying Tracklements USPs of honest ingredients and B Corp accreditation to deliver consistent, quality coverage.

Optimise editorial opportunities among key audiences for the Sass & Belle range of quality, sustainably conscious, affordable gifts for all occasions.

Implemented a hard-working media relations programme leveraging key seasons, celebrations and gifting, highlighting in-house design and recycled materials messaging.  Positioned the marketing team as thought-leaders via regular media trend forecasts.

“The FAB team sets the PR standard for EMEA markets by delivering creative campaigns, generating exceptional results and providing smart strategic counsel. Switch on any cookery programme and KitchenAid is there, look at any lifestyle feature in print or online and KitchenAid is there. The team is extremely well connected and has a great eye for an opportunity, which is critical to our success and the value of their work is reflected in our sales.  They live and breathe the brand and this sort of dedication is hard to beat.”

Mark Ridealgh | KitchenAid Market Leader UK & Ireland

“We chose to work with FAB nine years ago because of their exceptional contacts. The team not only delivers a constant stream of high-quality media coverage, year after year, they also ensure that our products are put directly into the right hands. This is why their media, production company, influencer, cook and chef relationships have been invaluable to us.”

Ines Byham | Marketing Manager, Microplane

“I asked FAB to devise an ongoing programme of activity that would elevate Fortnums as an essential destination for extraordinary food and exceptional service. They presented me with the Fortnum & Mason Awards which shine a spotlight on the current and emerging talent who bring the joy we find in food and drink to life.
In just over a decade, the Awards are already regarded as the ‘Food and Drink Oscars’ and FAB are the most incredible team to work with.”

Tom Athron | CEO, Fortnum & Mason

“We need an agency with the depth of knowledge and strong connections within the housewares sector and FAB Comm fits the bill on both counts. The team is responsive, proactive and extremely professional, and their ongoing support and hard work has helped keep news of GreenPan, and relevant brand messages, on the right pages in the right media.”

Neil McIntosh | Country Manager, GreenPan

“FAB is an integral part of the marketing team. Both strategically and tactically, they operate at the highest level and – just as importantly – are a joy to work with.”

Becky Vale | Marketing Director, Tracklements

“As experts in the interiors, homewares & lifestyle sectors, FAB has done an exceptional job of building brand awareness through their solid media relationships. Their finger is well and truly on the trend-forecasting pulse which helps to inform our media strategy and achieves unparalleled, timely, exposure in our target media. Always professional, proactive and ready with a plan, they’re an invaluable extension of our in-house team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.”
